On my birthday last April 29, hubby surprised me with RODIC’S DINER: Tapsilog for breakfast. He knew how much I love Rodic’s Tapsilog and I really appreciate that he made an effort to surprised me on my birthday.
When my bother, Francis, studied at UP, our Dad always makes it a point to bring home Tapsilog from Rodic’s Diner. The first time I tasted their Tapsilog, I knew I will forever go and eat them and no exaggeration on that one. The beef tapa that they is used is not the usual beef tapa that you ‘ll have on your tapsilog. It actually looks like corned beef but a little drier and it has a sweet distinct flavor that is not common on other tapsilog out there.
If you are on a budget and want the best tasting tapsilog then I highly recommend Rodic’s. If my memory serves me right, their tapsilog only cost Php 70. I would also recommend it if you will eat your food on their store merely because their dine-in serving has more serving than the take-out (or maybe its just me, i dunno!). Branches and contact details are already shown on the photos.
