The movie is about the two Beverly Hills sisters named Nora Dominguez (Camilla Belle) and Mary Dominguez (Alexa Vega) who were forced to live with their aunt in East L.A. when there father died and left them penniless. They are at first terrified to exchange their posh life from a simple one but when they finally were able to embrace the simple joys of life, they both discovered romance, and true meaning of family.

I was able to finally watched it today and it was okay for my preferences. It is not the kind of movie where I will go and recommend it but for those who would want to watch it there will still be a lesson to take home once the movie is done. The performance of the cast is average there are some scenes that lacks the emotion that should be showed or at times over reacting.

I don’t know but maybe I’m too old for this kind of movie and I will probably bet that teenagers can will connect to the movie more.

All in all, I will give it a 1.5 out of 5 star rating
